Welcome

We are an immigration office that accepts clients for all types of IRCC medical process(IME/UCI/IFH/CUAET/up front/Travel visa/PR/student visa/work permit...) without appointment from Monday to Friday as a walk-in on a first come-first serve basis and with appointment on Saturdays/and virtual consults.

Operating hours:

-Monday to Friday: 10AM-6PM, no prepayment needed.
-Saturdays: 11AM-4PM, only with appointment and prepayment for non-refugee clients (you have to pay the entire fee before the Saturday):Please contact the clinic to book an appointment and more details.

-We are closed on Sundays and Holidays(please check our opening hours on our google profile).

Our address is 5460 Yonge street(close to Finch subway station), North York, unit 108(ground floor)

Please enter from right/pharmacy side main door or left /Mr.Sun side main door to the mall.

Parking is available at the back of the building for only $3.

Please bring your passport or driver's license or any other ID (original or copy), OHIP card(if you have one) and any other documents from Immigration Canada if applicable such as refugee forms as well as all your medical records if available(medications list, doctors reports...).
 

Please notice the medical fee is not covered by OHIP and here are the details:

-No fee for eligible refugee applicants; by presenting valid refugee documents.
-Regular applicants tax included fees are:

0-4 years: $100,

5-14 years: $120,

15-74 years: $150,

75 years and over: $180

This fee covers your emedical file production, physical examination, electronic photo and file submission.

* This fee does not include:

1. X-ray fee(needed for over 11 years old): not covered by OHIP(approximately $40-50) but no fee for IFH (eligible refugees),

2. Lab fee(needed for over 15 years old): no fee if covered by  OHIP or IFH, approximately $12 if no coverage,
For these tests, you will be referred to a very close center to our clinic, on the same day and without appointment.

**All applicants need a photo which will be taken in our center without any fee.

***Our center Saturday and virtual visit fees are $20 more than our regular week-day fees but the X-ray and lab tests fees remain the same during the week and on Saturdays/and virtual consults.

 **** please note that all fees are non-refundable.
